Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return period, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as cosmetics).

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.

As stated above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
