At CHu., we don’t believe in mass production. To ensure the highest quality of every single piece, each product is handcrafted in our Czech workshop only after your order is placed.

• Production Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for your item to be made before it is shipped.
• Carriers (CZ & EU): We use PPL (DHL Partner) or Zásilkovna (Packeta) for pickup points and home delivery.
• Shipping Rates: Czech Republic: 79 CZKEuropean Union (EU): 7 €
• Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days.

Returns & Exchanges
Is the size not right? You can return or exchange unworn and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

2. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or ship your exchange piece.
