Delivery

You can either pick up your order in person in Prague or have it delivered via Zásilkovna. The customer selects the pickup point (branch) themselves. The shipping cost within the Czech Republic is 79 CZK.

Delivery to a pickup point – estimated delivery time is 10-14 working days.

Returns and Exchange

You can return or exchange unworn and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving them. For an easy return/exchange process, please first contact the seller via email at info@chuofficial.cz with your order number and wait for a confirmation email. Then send the unsatisfactory product back as a return shipment (to the address provided in the Contact Details). You can bring your package to the nearest Zásilkovna branch. Your money will be refunded to your account, or the exchange item will be sent as soon as the returned product is received by the seller.
